Are they willing to make more of those headers if there's interest? I would imagine they'd fit my car without too much trouble.

Your VK45DE will come to life, it will be loud, but good loud. I'm imagining a exotic V8 like a maserati or lambo type volume with more "metallic" sounds.
2) Make sure the cat delete provides a bolt-on solution to re-bolt your Cats on if required for emissions. Don't want to be cutting/welding too many times on that exhaust.
Looking now, if something has to go back on it would be nice to have better flow than the OE CATs.No HFC option?
These replace the factory cats right? They're longtubes basically? One option would be the Motordyne y-pipe with the different attachments, i.e. resonator, HFC, straight pipe. But you also had those secondary cats or something I remember, hmmm.
