GT Spec Suspension Bracing

Ya, I know how the rivet tool works, pretty smart design.
I was just curious how you were able to do it by hand, & not with a gun.
Also, I had to take the steering apart, but maybe for lack of a thin socket . . truth is, it was just easier to get to everything with it disassembled.

"Stiff is better than limp"

My problem is that I have to take the front lower bar off to repace one of the rivets. Thie means that I have to Drill it out.

Fun Fun Fun.

stong enough shouldn't matter much, aluminum is very soft and drills easily. most important is to use the correct size. hopefully EXACTLY the same size as the hole that was there, otherwise you'll end up drilling out the steel frame and the new rivet wont fit as tightly.

Maybe I'll just dremil the end and push it in.

Really Really good.

Since there's only a few of us that have them installed already, you guys have no idea how amazing this bracing is up front. With the front/rear combination, my car handles like a freakin go-kart in comparison to before. It hooks up so well out of turns . . like prior to the install, you could make a turn, & almost feel as if the body has a slower reaction time. Now, as soon as you turn, it's instantaneous. Especially with the power down on exit. No mas understeer, & ride quality is perfect.
No placebo here

got my 2 front braces installed today but i also got the snows mounted last week so its pretty impossible for me to give any feedback because these arent the best tires to corner with. but it does look cool...ill try to get some pics tomorrow when its light out

If you had gotten it on group buy, Z1 was selling them for a total of about $625- (2 fronts & 2 rears)
Outside of that, there are no Front setups available, with no future production dates at the moment. My advice . . if you can even get just the rears, they'll make a significant improvement in ride & handling.

I think they would consider doing another GB if they have enough interested and PAID members. If you want to get a more definite answer, just email or PM our sponsor (Z!).
