What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Installed my gt spec bars today. A big thanks goes out to zebra for getting me the bars and making the transaction as smooth as possible. Also thanks to Tim for his wisdom in installing the bars.

Did you have to get an alignment because I did after installing the rear lower lateral brace, I hope I dont have to do it again after installing the rear lower tie brace tomorrow. BTW looks good! Im getting the front lower tie brace next.

I would too in saying "merry xmas" after swapping out your rotora's with stock calipers! =)

Safe travels buddy!

Lemme go check to see if they did..

I'm gonna kick your ass if I found out you passed my area without visiting me on your way to Grand Rapids. I assume you had your car transported directly from NY to GR. :)

I was actually thinking about going through your place but ended up staying on i80 through Indiana. Possibly on the way back though. I'll be in touch.

I don't know I just did it today but I needed to get an alignment anyways so I guess it won't matter.

Great job:)

Andy, I highly recommend this product called LPS3 for protecting your coilovers. http://www.lpslabs.com/product_pg/corrosion_pg/LPS3.html.
We used it at the Nuclear complex I worked at for protecting some parts for long time storage. I also have used it around home on parts. I also recommended it to a few friends on another site for their coilovers and they were very satisfied with the results.t.

Thanks Wayne, I know about it, but have been putting it off and forgot about ordering some. Oh well, the grease will have to do it for now!

That your man cave Andy? Looks nice and spacious in there.

Hahaha, not really a man cave. Not spacious enough at times. I have been thinking about expanding it to my lot line which will give me about 8 foot in width, but not enough for a car.

Be sure to check with your local building department about the setback laws in your area. In my city you cant build anything within 5' of the property line.
