BC Coilover install round 2...Got the rear shocks on finally. But the fronts are still a no-go. The bolt that holds the stabilizer bar on is unbelievably stuck. It would not budge no matter what I did and finally I noticed it starting to round off. I'm giving up and taking it to the shop so they can hit it w/ the impact wrench. Now that the rear shocks are on, the ride got much better. I really was sitting on the bumpstops w/ the OEM shocks back there. When I put the BC shocks on, the rear dropped another 1/2". Didn't have time to raise it so now I actually am rocking a slight reverse rake.
Edit: Dropped the car off at the shop for the front BC install. They just called me to let me know that the stabilizer bar endlink was frozen and they couldn't remove it. Guess that explains why I couldn't get it off either. So they're having to cut it off and put a new one on. I'm still amazed that all of this was done in 2 years and 12K miles. Since it's been down here in GA, the car has been garaged the whole time and there hasn't been any road salt. I'm curious as to how bad it is for older cars from NY. And I'm dreading the day I decide to get an exhaust.
