What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

On a side note just took off the bumper for respray. Shouldn't have made fun of you lance. Now my fx will be out of commission for at least a week too

So far after having the FX back for a few days i have been applying meguaires protectant to the dash and it has helped. Now the dash looks closer to the original color and not so dull. Its still a little ruff but not as ruff as it was before when i picked it up from the dealer.

I took my 20" Enkeis off and put on my winter wheels, my OEM 18s with Blizzaks.
Ready for that white stuff in the Great White North :smug:

yea my cut was pretty bad. 3 stitches. crushed my index finger with something heavy. blew it right open like 1/4 inch deep.
 
I put in the weather tech mats with the infiniti logos attached.

Also just had a long meet all day. Met up with about 10 other mostly Zs and M3 around 11:30am...came home at 7pm. Had a blast riding on this great route that I guess others drive all the time...it was sooo scenic, hills, turns....plus some straight aways and I got up to 120mph.

They were all shocked I kept up with all of them. They were all blown away how the FX50S stuck on the road.

Hey Andy/ED/Ian if you ever visit, we need to drive this route...it's like anything else I've driven.
 
I will put up pics either late tonight or tomorrow....lots of pics. Plus one of the guys took 2 videos....I'll put it up in the jdTrader thread when I put it all together.

Wayne, I didn't mention your name in the "if you ever" because I knew you would visit :wink (2):

I hope the guy posts those videos tonight...I'm dieing to see them so you guys have an idea of the route. Takes about 10-15 minutes to do a whole lap and one of the videos is a whole lap.

Sounds nice, I have driven the route along the river road along the water from Ann Arbor a couple of times. I'm looking forward to this.

Whos insurance are you with, Commerce takes really good care of me when my windshield had a rock chip, basically all I did was set an appointment and they were at my work the next day replacing the entire windshield, mine was an aftermarket one though Im guessing if you order it through Infiniti your gonna get the OEM one
