What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

[tear drop]

The first curb rash is terrible on a perfect set of rims. I used to parallel park about 1-2" away from the curb, but now I am at minimum 4-6" away to be 100% safe=)

Promised my Fx that no one else will ever drive her again after the wheels were curbed and rear bumper hit.

Maybe she just needs to see an eye doctor to get her vision checked. Know anyone you can refer?

BTW, how's the tint? Where are the pictures? Did I miss them on another thread?

I wanna hurt... I love my wife.. I love my wife.. I love my wife...

Can't explain it man... Too sleepy in the am or something. She feels bad about it and wants to buy new wheels.

Tint looks good, haven't posted pics. Really ties everything up. Maybe some will be taken this weekend.

Maybe you can get her to buy you the Lorinser body kit while you're at it since she did hit the back bumper too.

22" carbon fiber HRE's would be a good replacement.

Hey I'm a Gwilo/Guilo and I can tell you what to get. I still draw the line at chicken feet though, (pretty much don't like any kind of feet).

Permanently mounted. Bought a PLX Devices 52mm Gauge Mount from Amazon. Butcher it up to fit there, paint it flat black, cut off the 3.5mm jack/receptacle wiring and wire it up directly due to very limited gap when the cluster is in rest position, take off the cluster, drill two 1/16" holes and mount the gauge. I wish the gauge is dimmable. I think I need to put some window tint on there.

I have thought about mounting it in the bezel next to the clock too, but the mounting arm of the clock stretch pretty much the entire width of the bezel. At first I wanted to mount it in the ashtray location, by removing the ashtray and make my own bezel to fit there, but the hazard switch is attached to the ashtray as one assembly.

Hmmm, bad news about the clock arm, I hadn't pulled it off to see the back yet.

Do you think tinting the screen will affect the touch screen functionality?
