What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Hey Andrew, I would suggest take it to another Firestone to get it rechecked. I have seen a couple of alignment reports on H&R on our FX and your just jump out at me. Possibly your in accident before you don't know about? Did you have any alignment report before the H&R install?

The shop you went to just plain lazy. The tell-tale sign... they didn't even bother to set the time & date on the machine.
 
I know it had been in an accident, however, only because a mechanic i brought it totold me.so i didnt know the severity of it. I think i have an alignment report from prior to the springs i will look.

That's a whole lot more green.. Looks like the first place was lazy or didn't give a hoot. I would email those two different specs sheets to Firestone corp so they are aware of this; explain the date issue on the first sheet as well.

Where was the first and second location?

I found some used tires on eBay for cheap money I will use them for at east this winter. Yeah he contacted me about them nd once I get the tires switched I will let him know how the dunlops are.
 
Is there a kit that would help with my camber? The guy said that was as close as it will get? It was in a prior accident and they say that could be the reasoning. Or as long as i rotate my tires i should be ok.

u should have a rear camber kit out for ur fx. maybe same as the g/z.

rear camber arm is about $150.

but honestly that camber isn't going to hurt ur tires at all. most bwms have about 1.7 camber all around. helps the car track straight and around corners.

I would say leave it as is and looks like u got a tech that knee what he was doing.

Got my car back wooohooooo its a beast!!!! Took off the 4WD sol fuse !!! 1st, 2nd,3rd gear nooooooooo grip watsoever woooooohooooooooo videos soon!!!
 
Thnks alot guys i will be posting a vid on the thread i created on my build as soon as i can find a camera better than my blackberry ;P ... On first gear i cant floor it without it hitting the rev limiter so that kinda freaks me out a bit .. All in all im very but onlh drove the car for 15 mins ... The trans upgrades made a huge difference!!! Shifting is sooo much better now!! ... But i would love to get paddle shifters installed so im looking in at the DIY thread ;) .... Will update u guys as soon as i can!

They took for me in a 600 hp evo 9 after i drove my car ... All i can say is WOOOOOOOOOW! ;D
 
Finally got the Bridgestone tires installed on the FX50 rims. Now I'm just going to have to sell the Dunlop summer tires and also my 18" FX35 rims with tires that I wont be using no more.
 
I seen how some members have put the reading for their alignments. Well just a few days before getting my H&R springs installed I got an alignment but never really paid attention to it I knew it was kind of off but was not sure how much. The guy from town fair tire told me that the reading were off the chart specially one reading that had an X bc the numbers were so bad. Before and After
