VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

Glad to hear you are staying with the 45 build. You and your builder have more patience than many ( your mod money must be taking a humungous hit)

Good luck with the "new old" build again, Lance! I don't know how you can go without drive the FX for so long. I had a loaner Sentra for 30 days last year and I drove me insane. Good thing no one bought your setup you were selling! Maybe you can apply your superior negotiating skills and bargaining with Cosworth while your at it. :wink (2):

Bud, you kept all of that from us? Didn't Humberto tried with the VK56 and had fitment issue as well? Glad to hear you stay focus. Good luck with the M45 engine and glad to see you can use the custom build header again :top:

Now I understand why you can't send me any Oregon Chai with all the money you have to delegate to finishing this. :wink (2):

Seeing this done > Oregon Chai

Well hurry up, the meet should've happened in spring 2011.

We will meet and it will be glorious.

Thanks for the words of encouragement Wayne. Patirnce is wearing thin on both sides, simple issues leading to big dollars twice. I have bought more of the parts than I'd like.....

Painful to say the least. The FX is still my DD. The last couple of months a buddy has been kind enough to loan me his van. An SC would be sweet and i won't rule it out but I want proof of concept and a bench test first. I am done with heavy pioneering for awhile.....wife is ready to kill me.

My best guess is that Bert';s shop ran into many more problems than we will ever know the 56 swap sounds like a huge PITA. Still doable but many details and I'd want a crew tha has done LOTS of swap work before. Bottom line $$$ and time.

Glad to hear the ball is rolling again!

We have a plan, just need the green light from JWT and some kind of guarantee that single buckets are the fix and my engine won't fail.
