VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

Just got the invite call but I am hobbled. Doc says no air travel for four weeks......find the object in question?

No chance you'd drive down? I prefer to get it local so I can look it over, and/or get it from someone I trust. I think I'm going to play with the bad one now.

ITBs would be AWESOME! I have seen a few VK56s with them, the Titan guys are slowly adopting them and getting great results! Has there be an ITB-equipped 45? I could've sworn that the NISMO version had them.

Looks like most of the race VK's run ITB's. Once you dial in the linkage you can have a solid runner My guy is talking me though it....... interesting that the 56 builds are favoring the 45 heads and manifold- head are bullet proof and the manifold has shorter runners so it observes a better performance curve. Read a thread that described a simple 56 build JWT cams, ITB's, headers - 400 [FONT=Verdana, Helvetica, Arial]WHP 400LBs TRQ. That would be a fun ride.

There is some good stuff going on out there. Really would love Cosworth to step and do a low height super silent SC unit. Saw a Kenny Bell unit on a clients car a few weeks ago, god it was sweet.......

Photo is one of a stack I have to go through this is of the rough grin on the intake. What is nice to see is the before and after material removal but this picture is pretty dramatic. Some of the material removal was big (as I said 4mm) and that made for a one on one connection with the other mate openings. Nissan's conclusion: it flows, it meets the power expectation, its fine, but it can be so much better......

Full race exhaust for a GT3RS, third set he has made - price? 12K......amazing quality and from what I understand the power gain is phenomenal.
