Update:
So it ran.......with the captital R. Unfortunatly stumbled onto some minor issues on what was wrong, but a hell of a lot work to solve it.
All gaskets, bearing etc....are new in this build but unfortunatly the new rear mean seal died on me. This is a well know issue i found out after a quick surch and has happened a lot with build motors.
I put it on the motor myself so cannot blame anyone.....i probably did not lube it enough ( not that much of a lube guy anyways, just a quick spit always works just fine :wink (2): )
and also a seal between the lower half of the motor and the motor itself leaked a bit.
I wasn't really in the position with time and location to do this myself and after several months of evening labour i was a bit wrench tired as well, so i called some friends of mine who happen to be located in the same street with a tuning company.
They are working on it for 4 days now, tranny of, subframe down, lower engine half out......man o man i do really hope it is closed now cause i also read some guys had to do this 3 times over....!! :eek.:
Another issue wich i had was that the engine ran less on 1 or 2 cylinders. On also some valves ran dry. Luckely i build this motor together with a guy who ownes a 350Z wich he build a greddy twin turbo engine for together with me. He had the same issues so was kind of a trouble shooter for me.
P00300 code says camwheel error. He says it's all in the oil. In general people suggest to take a half synthethic oil for break in, but these engine just do not like half.......they really need full right away.
Now the oil does not reach everywhere cause it is to thick and after the first 30-40 miles the oil becomes more dirty due all the parts that had to break in as well.
The top nock sensors are also oil lubed and therefor give this error as well.
They should finish up the engine today or tommorow and put in the new oil as well. Really hope that solves the problem cause the rest is all good and perfect so far. No leaks no nothing ( knock on wood ).
If all is well i should bring the FX to the tuner next week. Unfortunalty i do not have a photobucket or youtube account so i can load up vids. Don't know if there is a way to do it direct like i do with pictures....( Mod...??)
Here some pics of the current mess i got from my friends :eek.:
P.s: Thanks logan for your comment
