Picked up a bar to verify the finish and take photos of an actual bar. the production bar came out nicer than the demo bar.

Got got the pricing quoted for the powdercoating and polishing.

Powdercoating (basic colors nothing candy or crazy) 50 per bar. They would like to do a minimum of 5 bars but I'm sure we could work that out if it's less. One thing we asked about was the NRG logo. We can frame that area of the bar and keep the brushed finish on that area or go over the whole thing. Would be up to the person wanting the powdercoating.

Polishing 60 per bar, no real minimum and not much of a price break if we do multiple bars. Again same thing with the logo, we can mask off the logos or they can polish the whole thing.

Keep in mind the bars can be flipped to have no logo at all. Mine is flipped cause the demo bar didn't have the full paint in the logos. It was marker.

Shooting for 180-190 shipped.

I'll get a quote for powder coating the bars next week. Tenative pricing is going to be 200 shipped for the bars. If we can get 10 paid up front they may come down in price a little for the first 10.

So it's looking like:

Approx.
$200 shipped plain brushed aluminum finish
$250 powdercoated basic color
$260 polished aluminum

Are they very good polishing jobs? I don't like seeing little swirls in the finish
