GTSPEC Strut Tower Group Buy!

I just sent pictures over to GTSPEC. I know I'm not the manufacturer, however, I DO stand behind all the products that I sell and install here at the shop. So this WILL be taken care of in a fast manner. I know for a fact they have one bar still in stock, I would hope they have more.

I will keep you updated as I get E-mails bad from them, and I hope they do check into this thread.
 
I did message them thy it would be in their best interest to read the thread as they did earlier in addition to being proactive in correcting this. Would hate to get this ugly!
 
I'm not blaming Brian in any way, I was just hoping he could get in touch with gt spec since he's our contact to them.

Nobody is blaming Koso. I'm sorry to hear this guys, what a bummer :( We can only hope that this is fixed quickly and efficiently.
 
Ok, GTSPEC got back to me, I'm sending over the Names and address of you two that have bent bars, they will be sending me a Prepaid UPS label so you guys can send back the " Shaft Only ". And they have replacement ones in stock and will get them out ASAP.
 
I was really getting excited that out of 14 bars nothing was wrong to be honest lol. When ever there is a large order, there is almost always one or two mess up's. But it should be all taken care of by the end of today.
 
Glad to see this getting resolved easily so people won't have to get all bent out of shape about it.

Thanks Brian, I will take it apart tonight and send it in the morning. How long do you think it should take to receive the new shaft?

I'm not 100% sure, I will see if they will ship out the new bar as soon as tracking info populates from your bar going back to them.
 
My Friendly UPS Man came today.

I was scared when I saw this...

Had a glimmer of hope...so I decided to go for the install...

Very Happy, no Bow and looks great. Have to drive it still but haven't yet.

I am making some contact on the hood but I am going to see how bad it is before I make a stink!
