But the shipping box wasn't crushed or had visible damage to it? UPS/FedEx will sometimes re-tape a package if needed too.

Something is not right. How can the GTSPEC let these braces out the door? This sucks big time. I hope GTSPEC don't wait until they get 10 or more orders to manufacture these for replacement.

GTSpec has been on and off this forum. They need to chime in here and correct ASAP. I get mine in later today. Part of the second batch. If all the second batch is like this, it needs to be corrected ASAP and I will NOT wait another 4 or 5 months for it.

Oh, FYI!!!!Brian from Koso just set up this Group Buy. He is not the manufacturer and he does not represent the manufacturer. This is obviously a manufacturer defect if the packaging was intact.Let's not go off the deep end and flood Koso's email complaining. Maybe he can help give us contact information but this is something GTSpec needs to handle.
