What went wrong with your FX today?

Stopped for a school bus and bammmm!!!!.......

Sorry to hear that. I had my rear bumper replaced a few months ago after getting hit. Cost about $1,100 but his insurance paid. It turned out pretty good and it got rid of the scratches on top of the bumper!

Airbags go off?

Wow...I'm still amazed at how many people don't stop for school buses. Hope you feel better soon, Dwayne.

The dude had a NY plate. It is an issue in a number or areas in NY.

Sorry to hear about this incident Wayne. You were right, it could have been worse. Hope the cops slap multiple points off his drivers license and a heavy fine.

That black plastic nozzle that sprays out wiper fluid from the wiper busted off during a car wash. Had to glue it back in place with gorilla glue. :(

( ! ) this sensor came on couple days ago not sure what it is, mechanic told me today that is it my tire pressure sensor? Searched online for what it is and can't find any pictures. Does anyone have any idea what this sign mean, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

That's exactly what it is. Are all your sensors functioning okay or is the pressure low in one of your tires.
Check your tire pressures and make sure they are okay. It takes a bit of driving after you correct it for the light to go out.
Tire pressures do go down when the weather gets colder.
It should tell you about it in your owners manual.

press on settings. keep pressing it till you see tire pressure. then scroll down and click it. it should tell you which one is low ( high lighted in yellow). if theres a *** . means on of your senors are gone and needs to be replaced. there are oem and aftermarket replacements available

Yeah i don't have the owners manual.:disapointed:

I just corrected the tire now through my mechanic and it should be the correct pressure, i believe it went on when i drove to work and it was -4c.

So now after correcting all 4 tires, how long does it usually take for the light to go off? a day or two?

Again thanks for everything guys.

I am having TPMS issues as well. Only one of the sensors is showing pressure. The rest are ****. I don't know if they are "broken" but this started happening when it got cold out. some of them would be pressure readings, some would be ****, and not always the same ones. It doesn't bother me too bad, there is no annoying beeping or anything like that and I can live with a dash light till spring and hopefully this fixes itself.

- Another problem I am having is rear passenger window. Window rolls down and up from drivers seat controls. But it only rolls down and not back up from passenger back seat. I don't know what that could be or how to fix it and I haven't found anything on this forum about it

Not to hijack this thread but I recently had HID foglights installed at a shop in Brooklyn and my passenger one stopped working. took the car back to the guys at OneEighty and they claimed they replaced both bulbs. one week later, the passenger foglight is out again. anyone who's upgraded to HIDs come across this problem? this is super frustrating. I've already wasted two days there, and I'd rather not have to return a third time. is there some troubleshooting thing that others have tried? any help offered would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance fellas!

I take it your FOGs are always switched "on", the startup of the 4 ballast (2 headlights & 2 fogs) will be a huge draw. Once ballast warms up, you can turn "off", then "on" the fogs to ensure they are both lit.

OneEighty knows about hid, surprised it wasn't mentioned. My guess is they didn't even replace the bulbs unless you saw the process done.

that happened to me also. you have to take the switch apart and shoot some electrical contact cleaner on it then take a q tip and clean it.
