Where did u fill up? Maybe u got bad gas?

Shell station by school. I filled up there yesterday morning and today also. I usually go to a different one because it's cheaper but they should have the same gas.

I don't know if too much/too little oil could cause it.

Low oil level could make a sound like that. Is it a rat-a-tat-tat, or a knock-knock-knock?
Only at idle? Or so faint that you can't hear it at even low speed?

It's only at idle or a little gas in neutral. Definitely a knock not a tick. Kinda sounds like a midget playing the bongos in there. Dadada da da and just loops like that. I'll check the oil when I get to LA since it will have to sit for a bit.

BC recommends a 5mm preload on their BR type coilovers. My question is, Do they come with this 5mm preload from them or do we have to adjust it before installing it and lowering the ride height?

Those are not that high. Is it in park or in drive at a stop that you're getting that reading?

i get them in park, sometime it is 1300, then when i put to drive it goes down to around 1000. Isnt it supposed to be around 700-800 in park?

Yes, but didnt help. Actually before cleaning the throttle, i had even higher rmps around 1150 or so

Yeah. 99% of Infiniti dealers will put it through a throttle body cleaner machine thingy which doesn't do much and sucks. U are better off cleaning it yourself there is a DIY and its pretty easy I've done it or take it to a mechanic that cleans it by hand. This is what the head mechanic at my Infiniti dealer recommends. Said he has seen the results of the machine afterwards and it's a waste of money and cleaning by hand is the same price or sometimes even cheaper depending in number of throttle bodies.

some run em, and some dont. I wouldnt trust ebay, go with ichiba or h&r. Safety first!
