VK45 –Stage 1 Headers/JWT cams/TB/intake

Yeah, if it breaks this time it will be an easy weekend fix....:) My builder is driven to get this finished and done right, don't think he ever expected to get schooled in VK building. Overall heads were really pretty well designed and finished. Most of time spent was on the exhaust ports, the intakes received some touch up work but didn't need much.

Glad to hear your back on track, and able to keep your incredible set-up. Still drooling here bud. Can't wait till you can truley enjoy all the hard work that's gone in.

I foresee it now, in a couple years, a 2003 FX45 in my possession, completely gutted interior, racing seats, paddle shifters via TC6, shipped up to Seattle for the LanceVK56 treatment...

Just needs to live through the tune now.....

Don't forget I'm 45 powered again due to the immediate install complexities of the 56....but I want it and it will happen (currently I own a 56 w/ 12k miles:)) so I'm that much closer.....

I have no idea why I said 56 haha. I guess 45 and 56 are so similar, or maybe I just mistyped.

Imagine what would have happened if lance and John were backyard neighbors. Stroked vk56 to 8L with a single large turbo... Slammed of course.

Mileage smehhhhh.....my other car is a Prius? :) I have been texting with Charles throughout the day. The drive up to his biz shop was so much better than before w/o a tune. Across the range, smoother, stronger. He is thinking possibly the additional headwork tied everything together. The tune will tell.
