What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

I came back to see the car like a dalmatian with millions of polka dot from water spray heavy with minerals. I scratched my head when I realized it was the garden automatic water sprinkler probably using water that is recycled from the clinical building. Grrr! and I just had a complete car hand wash the other day.

I end up doing the whole nine yards again. Hand washed the car, did clay bar on hard to remove water spots, applied compound in some areas, prewax gloss and waxed to mirror shine. Took me about 4 hours to do it.

That's got to be my biggest pet peeve... parking lots where they idiot property management companies think watering during business hours is a good idea... and with water landing on parking spaces. They should pay for a full detail! :)
 
U can try, but I think your mirrors in just black flow very well with your car.
I'm working on a different LED mirror set up. Stay tuned ;)
 
Took advantage of the nice weather today and shined her up y3ebanyj.jpg oh yeah then bought this u7uvedyj.jpg to clean this zunyry4u.jpg yeah that's my dirty K&N air filter! Getting it nice and clean now.

Yes sir, for her to breathe better means she will run better. Lol I'll do the spark plugs in the spring and the oil again (maybe) I just did the oil about 2 months ago so I'll see about that.

Can't do nothin to my FX. We got a couple inches of snow yesterday, then it all melted and rained all day today. Then we are supposed to get snow for the next 7 days.

Yuck, it's been like that here and we just got a break and the roads are dry so I took advantage of it. Can't wait for the warmer weather already. I used to love this when I was a kid, now I can do without it.

Finally got the new bridgestone tires replaced since the first time they could not be installed due to the fact that the fx50 lugs would not be able to be put back on if they were taken off. But thanks to soonster I got some lug nuts thru him and finally got the new tires.

Had to use some touch up paint on a door that some dipshit hit with their door in a parking lot a while back.
Only two small chips but really pisses me off especially since I had all the door dings removed and all the doors repainted last year.
