What do you dislike most about your FX?

I'm not so sure what you are saying is accurate.

All of your dislikes are a result of the FM platform.
The cabin is so far back because the engine is further back.
Engine further back creates a better weight distribution and weight ratio.
All of this equates to better handling.
If anything, they've compromised practicality for performance.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it! :good:
 
The power liftgate is useful... never had one until now. I guess 2011 split the production year and everything past a certain date has it.
 
I dislike it when your out in the FX and you see another FX so you catch up to them
So you can see their face when you pull up in the car the have all modded up.

Im guilty of this....

in other other news. The one and only thing i hate is the blind spot between my "A" pillar and drivers mirror! Thats about it.

So far i hate my 2011 transmission at Lowe speeds and that the gas paddle is on the floor and all the crap that's on your boots goes right to the carpet

unable to lock awd
open diffs
navigation doesn't have puerto rico maps
seat memory and auto retract quit working after battery disconnect
 
I have no gripes at all. Would I like a bit more legroom in the second row and some more storage in the back, sure! But I wouldn't trade those traits for less capable handling and less of a sport feel to the ride. Along that line of thinking, I wonder if the QX50's handling changed with the lengthening.

I believe you need to go in your settings and Set back to default values (I'm not expert)

THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE ABOUT MY FX : DEALER IS AT 650 KM FROM HOME..

Wow, is that your closest Dealer, I thought I was bad with 140 kms to my closest Dealer.
 
You live in SoCal, what would you need AWD for? It's not like the FX makes enough power to need AWD for launches.

I wish my AWD was RWD. I live in GA and it snows once every 2 years and that's about the only time AWD comes in handy. But in between those times, I get worse MPG and slower acceleration.

In fact, Ottawa would be the closest, i underestimated.. so : 500km from home :P

Without Warranty it's okay if you can do shop work local. With Warranty that's pain in the ass :)
