What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Had to replace the rad support, AC condenser and Radiator as well. Got all the parts, put it all together this weekend, went to put the radiator cap on, realized there isn't one on the radiator. Then checked the part numbers online and realized it's for a FX45 not FX35. Guess you can't trust the dealership to look up a damn part number anymore. Now on the lookout for a FX35 radiator once again and have a "used" FX45 radiator for sale. 2 weeks already without the car

On the list of things to try when the weather gets better. Was going to do a few small pieces and see how it turns out.

Have you experimented with applying a nice layer of clear onto the 4d vinyl then sanding it down? The 4d manufacturers claim that this will work, but i havent seen much on this on the interwebs

I had a feeling I wouldn't get away with that. There are a couple pics in my garage exterior section now. Very happy with both the day and night performance. Especially impressed with the glare reduction at night.

Installed my LMS CAI and Motordyne Iso Thermal Copper Plenum Spacer. Love the combo. Next will be either a stb (probably stillen since the gt specs are hard to get now) or H&R springs. Not sure which one to do next. Don't want coilovers as i just want a subtle drop

Finally got around to washing it after the recent snowstorms and salted roads. I liked these pics because it shows the ride height pretty well. And these wheels will be gone soon - going with slightly more aggressive concave set up in 20" and square. Also going a little lower.

Very nice Shadow, very clean ride and can't wait to see what new wheels you have in store for it

random q - does your parking garage provide a hose for you to wash your ride? That would be sweet.

Always loved the Jaramas.

Did some WRC driving on the unexpected gravel road to/from trail building school. Someone was following me, and I noticed their car was covered in dust. RIP their air filter. It stuck to the back window and inside of my wheels like snow.

Hi guys. I have a 2014 QX70, realized that the nose was too high. i want to drop it. any recommendations? what kinda kit should i get? and i don't want to have negative camber. i couldn't find the camber kit for QX70. looking forward to hear from you guys. thank you.

Thanks, it's been a while with these wheels, so it's about time for something new. Tires are here and wheels come tomorrow.

I live in a loft so they do have a hose right outside my parking spot so it's convenient.

Thanks, and the dust/gravel here is crazy. Have to touch up my bumper jow because it got chipped from the gravel. And I just cleaned my air filter last week, so much dust poured out and some small rocks.

Always loved the Jaramas.
