What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Yes it is slower. Helps when the engine is warm. I open the valve and let it drain while I remove a few bolts on the plastic undertray to get access to the filter and replace with new. Oil is all out by then.

I put on my winter tires the other day. Also pics of the cheap ass sport pedal kit I bought, which I would not recommend to anyone...

I was about to order the Morimoto's but since i'm in Canada, the shipping plus brokerage fees(crossing the border) i thought might be too much so i found a local shop that specializes in HIDS's. So i bought a HID 6000K kit for $65. They look great and they have a good warranty. I guess cause the fogs are closer to the road they really light up the road nicely. I am very happy with this mod
 
So Early this morning I had heard a noise it was my FX calling me to the garage. LoL
I have had the vehicle since Saturday but I was not able to work on till this morning.
After reading a few helpful threads I changed out the headlamp bulbs with the 8000k
Bulbs those are the blue lights. Changed the doors light and the floor board lights with
LEDs blue I love that blue color. Next I'm taking my custom wheels to the tire shop
To get tires and rims separated. I'm taking them to a powder coating shop to get them
Gloss black they are chrome now. I can only do so much today without the Wifey getting
Upset. LoL

Today I listed most of the parts from my motor build on my350z. If anyone here wants anything from the ad, PM me here for a discount. ;)
 
Today I did a few things to my FX. Installed tinted license plate cover, replaced DTRLs, and put yellow film on my fogs. However, I ordered ice blue 7443 bulbs for my DTRLs thinking they would have a hint of blue to possibly match my 8000k HIDS in the future, but no no no. They were completely blue. I'm definitely ordering regular white LEDs. On the other hand, I think the fogs looked pretty good with the film over em(I'm going for that JDM look lol).

so yesterday i was in the fast lane and someone cut me off from the middle lane and he wasnt looking and almost hit me.. i swerved to avoid him, which i did but i jumped a curb (luckily a short one) and almost hit the guard rail.. In turn i suffered a blow out and curb damage on one of my GTR wheels.. I can't tell yet if there's any more damage to the wheel (cracks or anything) or bent..

Today i took off my GTR's and put on my 20" stockies for the winter and i will be taking the GTR's to my friends shop to get them lathed and repaired and re powder coated.. Also need to order another Nexen tire cause the one blew out..
 
That sucks, especially when it's a result of an airhead driver. But at least it's just a wheel/tire instead of something that could of been much worse. Glad you're ok.
