What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Thanks guys. I think you're right at first I wasn't sure about the color but it looked better this morning and it does bring the cf out more. Think I'm gonna do my front grille too. :)
 
Not sure about the grille though. My reasoning was black headlights and lower bumper are black, a gun metal color in the mix just doesn't flow well to me. :smile (2):
 
Is that duplicolor graphite or gunmetal?

I looked up some reviews and some say it doesn't look as dark as they would like in person. Is this true? I'm looking for something to paint my oem wheels on the G
 
This is gunmetal but could easily be graphite. I don't know I think it's exactly what it's supposed to be. Not too dark. I like it

And yeah I will try to drop it this summer.
 
I sanded down the areas that were scratched to even them out, rest I just used a scuffing pad all over the wheel to create a better surface for the paint to stick, then cleaned them up again, dried and applied 2-3 coats of primer, 3-4 of paint and 3 of clear coat. Not sure how long it will last, planning on new wheels in the summer but hopefully it will last longer than that ;)
