Did the works on mine yesterday going into all day today.
Hand wash extra detail, like wheels, brakes, etc
clay bar every inch
deep crystal paint cleaner applied to every inch (preps paint for polish/sealant/wax)
touch up paint on any rock chips in front let sit overnight to dry
Sealed with blackfire and let sit for multiple hours to let polymers bind
Waxed with NXT
Sealed up rubber seals with Zymol
Completely cleaned interior, including vacuum everything inside to perfection, windows, dash and the rest with interior, leather, folex a few areas
glossed up wheels
2-day process. Burned calories in the process. Happy camper. My wife is amazed how I enjoyed spending all that time doing it: most of yesterday and most of today, but I do it because it beads water and has a gloss shine for 1 year.
I think prepping the paint is key before you put on the sealant and wax and why it lasts so much longer than what even the bottle says, not to mention the blackfire product imo is an unmatched product (the claying with the paint cleaner combo). I could clay the car now like crazy and it won't remote any contaminants like a brake dust and that's because the sealant and wax is so strongly attached to the clear coat due to the prepping process (which is why it's important to clay as well beforehand). I find doing this once a year to have a much better affect than just wash/wax or just wash/clay/wax every few months.
