What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Hey one day? Why not tomorrow?? haaa

Just go pick up a beer, microfiber towels, your hose, and some degreaser and your set!
I'd like to but I'm too busy doing a bunch of other jobs. We are taking off for a couple of weeks, going to see Jonas and visit the crew in Chicago.
I keep putting it off, I always have excuses.

Since I'm finally going to get around to installing the BC coilovers I've had sitting in storage for 6 months, I manned up and took a baseball bat to the rear quarter panels. Surprisingly easy to do; then I took my angle grinder to the plastic. Hopefully I've trimmed enough and rolled enough metal back. No cracked paint, no issues. Hopefully it's enough to avoid rubbing. That's the deal breaker for my wife; she doesn't mind mods on the car, but having tires rub aggravates her. While I was back there I removed the mudflaps.

Last week I installed 15mm spacers up front and the GT spec rear lateral (again parts that have been sitting for months). Next week hopefully I'll put the BC's on and the current H&R's off. Also next week my sub enclosure should show up along with other audio parts, so that will be the ongoing project for a while.

I installed my HID fog kit today and I'm having a problem.
The levels are different, how do I fix this?

What are you using? Plasti-Dip or Fusion? Honestly, its worth having a body shop do it professionally. That's what I did for mine, but I need to take pics first.

im using rustoluem. taking brake fluid to it to strip it lol. i tested it on a small peice and it seems to work great. worse to worse ill buy a new grill.

There is a bolt on top of fog light housing that adjust the level.

No the bolt on top is not for aiming the light. That's the mounting bolt. The bolt right behind the housing is for aiming.

Fusion bonds to platic way way better.

Finally got around to changing the in-cabin filter @ 26k. Everytime I turned the ac on it smelled like a hockey bag. Once I took the filter out it was GROSS. The swap took me about 25 mins...took longer to put everything back together.
