What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

That's probably my last and most expensive option. Depending on my mood, I either like the white FXs with black wrapped roofs, or I don't. It's a toss up.

Looks odd on its own, but with the grille, wheels and trim all black it would look good

While getting all the parts ready for 2012+ face lift, I decided to wrap the grille in gloss black. Yes I wrapped it in the bathroom, has good lighting in there.

You did an awesome job. I wasn't even going to attempt to wrap the 09-11 grill... Just dipped it, but yours turned out great!

New tires and alignment... Went with the DUELER H/L... After going with a crappy summer performance tire, I wanted a quieter, smoother ride... First choice was the MICHELIN PREMIER LTX but they didn't have stock and had no idea when they would...

Called around to the shops within 100 miles, and they all want $350 to do it... Not about to drop that. So I just threw some matte black bandaids on it for now, until I can color match it.

Thinking about doing a transmission flush like this at the next oil change. Looks pretty cool

The manual as well as my local Infiniti mechanic state that you should never do a flush on the trans. Only a drain and fill.

I would not flush it as it specifically calls it out in the manual.

I heard that all the time and I still can't figure out why not. One would think it's should be a good idea, right? Like we would want to change out the whole oil instead of partial? I don't know ....

Every mechanic I have ever talked to about it, mentioned that doing a pressurized flush can damage seals and gaskets, and possibly dislodge(but not get rid of), potentially harmful debris/build up.
