Just wanted to point out the you insert the Well-Nut incorrectly. The threaded side should go through the hole and the wider side of the Well- Nut should be on the outside (toward the ground) so that the flat side of the bracket will push against it when the screw is tighten in. Also when the screw tighten up, the screw will pull the rubber body into the bumper to prevent it from falling off.

Ahhh well that would make sense then. I didn't realize that last part. Just figured it would have no grip the other way but I guess they thought it through. Thanks for that info!
