What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

I think it's just color isn't as noticeable. A yellow shows up well on clear, while a white doesn't show up as well. I noticed they don't scatter as much either, which makes sense since it is directional.

It is also a much smaller surface area that is lit up. These LED's do not hit the reflector at all. Agreed that the yellowish white might show up better, but the main reason I think it does on our reverse lights is because it is hitting all angles of the reflector.

Got the intake installed, but now I have an SES light. Gotta pull the code from that and see. I remembered to plug the MAF in so I'm not sure what it might be.

Stillen, just the filter and "box" too. Waiting for my friend to text me back on how he pulled the code from inside car.

reset the ecu and see if it comes back
I just want to see what it is first. Kind interests me seeing what the ECU spits out at you from different stuff.

Oh man, having a new clean filter helps so much! I thought the FX seemed to have gotten slower. I almost ran through my garage door because I wasn't expecting that much power at first when I wanted to pull up a little.

The code was P0113, something with the MAF sensor getting high voltage. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in and cleared the code. I noticed the plug was very hard to get off, so I wondered if somehow it didn't connect well at first.

Dropped her off at the body shop to have the front bumper reconditioned and probably repainted. The amount of roar rash and chips finally got to me. Won't see her till Wed morning :(

motor mounts in & driving like butter again. mount was leaking oil. I didnt know they were fluids. The pull side had basically exploded & the right was cracking. Tranny mount endures :smug:
No thump thump either from the plastic bearings, so I'm ready for the canyons again. yay!
Anyone wanna go?
