I've seen similar videos like that; but, those are 3 years old...
apparently, they have made their material a lot better and possibly better than most oil filters out there according to bobistheoilguy threads

Just got 2 compression air filters for my homemade Oil Catch Can
My question is.. what size are the 4 fuel/vacuum hoses that I would need to the catch cans?
I want to get the proper barb fittings and possibly braided hose replacements!
 
Can somebody chime in and see if these dash cameras are good quality? I'm thinking about installing some after noticing lately light scuffs on the bumpers of my car.

Is it pretty simple? Looks like it mounts to two tabs. I figure I have to take the panel off though.
 
Yeah, pretty straight forward. Remove the inside door panel, peel back the vapor barrier. You should see two holes that are covered with a round black (I think) vinyl sticker, peel them off. Plug the windows switch back on and adjust the windows until you see the mounting bolts line up with the hole. Undo the bolts. The glass stay on there pretty tight as I remembered. Just have to wiggle the glass a bit to get it off the mounting tab and work the glass out of the door channel.

Thanks. Gonna give it a shot Saturday I think. Picking up the glass tomorrow. $75 from LKQ seems like a good deal given what new glass costs.
 
Does anybody know the part number of the throttle body? I'm trying to confirm a throttle body on Amazon.

All I'm getting is W0133-1929947 for our vq35de throttle bodies... OEM by Hitachi

About to dive into the glass replacement. One thing I didn't expect, but the glass came with tint. I used 409 sprayed on the window and laid a black garbage bag on top. Let that sit for a couple hours and now I can peel the tint right off and it doesn't seem to leave a mark. It's best done in the sun for the heat, but that isn't gonna happen today.
 
I feel like I'm getting misfires and one time my check engine light flashed for sec during a sprint on a cruise.. Checked it a couple months back, cylinder 1 misfire.

I'm going to see if it's the spark plugs, but if it's the coil pack. How do I go about replacing one? Because I've hear horrible stories of users ruining all of the coil packs one by one after just replacing one.

I replaced coil pack #2 about a year and a half ago haven't had any problems.

Hello guys! I have a quick question. My front tires thread are on the way out. Driver side reading is 4mm while passenger side is 3mm. I have a single slightly used Yokos sitting around with 9mm thread on it. It came off from my rear wheel that I took off when I switched to staggered wheel set up. Is it Ok to replace just one tire or should I purchase a 2nd tire and replace both fronts?

I have the AWD. Thanks.
 
I'm planning on purchasing a set of tsx-r projector lens but I got a question, Do you need to buy the lens spacers with it also ?
