i thinking about putting the rails back on, it looks like peer pressure is happening lol...

Were gonna send you back to Guam if you stay rail-less......come on Dee, your not cool unless you have rails.............:laugh::wink:

"TRIX7ONE" hell YA! Bro wat was the grid on the sand paper? Is our stock grill chrome or alluminum?? it just suck thinking of having to sand a perfectly nice stock grill dwn....

I used 80, 120, 220, 4&600 grit and used 800, on the final I used 1200. it was a pain. sanding the primer was harder there were a few spots I went to hard on but it came out ok, in the end. I shorted myself with the clear and I see a few small chips so I'll be doing the grill over soon. Like I mentioned krylon fusion would speed up the process b/c you won't have to sand much at all. And are you a ryder or what. Post picks of the ride(s).
