OEM Aero Front Spoiler Instructions

Looks great Wayne!!! Great install! I bet it feels good to do it all yourself also knowing it is done right! You're gonna need to update your avatar! :) Hopefully the wife likes it too! :)

Thanks Jonas, yes Karen loves the look of the spoiler. She also loved the drop with the Eibachs, but is pi$$ed off along with me because the alignment couldn't be corrected and we have to take them off. She's mad because we bought them, now we can't use them.
I've got a lot of great comments about the spoiler.

Using front Aero Spoiler with ICC Sensor

I just thought I would comment about this. The Aero instructions say not to use the front spoiler with FX's that have the ICC sensor (included in Tech Package)

Well, I did not get the spoiler for a long time because of that. But finally I gave in and figured I could work out that problem.

So I have had the spoiler on for a 1.000 miles or so and have encountered no problem with my ICC Sensor so far.

I love the front spoiler, best appearance mod for the 2nd Gen so far.
I do not want the aero side sills or rear spats because I like to keep my OEM splash guards.

Thanks for this. I've been waiting for a long term confimation that this can be done :smile (2):

If you want the front spoiler, this is what you want : http://infiniti.sewellparts.com/accessories-catalog/exterior/FXnew-2009/1179.html JUst pic out the color to match your FX and you are set

Yes I was worried about it also but as I said before, no problems with my ICC as of yet. The only problem I thought we might have would be the glare from the glossy spoiler paint in front of the sensor, but so far so good. I figured if that caused a problem I would paint the small area in front of the sensor a matt finish in the same color as the sloiler, you would hardly notice that.

Sorry I guess this wasn't really the best place for my question as this thread is about the Front Lip. I was just wondering about the difference between those two side pieces.

i just got the full kit install yesterday. it was fairly easy process it took 4h and 4 beers.

Just WOW!:tonguey: It looks fantastic! You need to drop it now... Have you painted the wheel lip also?

Love your Aero kit and headlights, I'm not so sure about the white lips on the wheels.
