No wonder lol I thought y'all were talking about the little flash lights

Sent from my SGH-T999 2

I had a driver walk up to my truck one time after I honked at her. She was snapping pictures and would leave about 4 car length in front of her everytime. So the one time i had enough and honked, she slammed on her breaks and walked up to my truck. I always have my gun in my middle console in reachable distant when I drive. I saw it was a girl who walked up to me so I rolled down my window and she started yelling at me. lol. I told her to get back in her car before someone gets hurt. I even told her, "you're from Virginia, I dont know how you guys deal with situations like this, but where I'm from, you would've been kissing asphalt before you even reached my car" In the meantime, my buddy who was driving in front of me thought I rear ended someone so he switched lanes and floored it in reverse. The girl's dad opened his passenger door and was yelling, "GET BACK IN THE CAR, ITS NOT WORTH IT" hahah. So I said, listen to your dad and get back in your car and keep driving. She wouldn't go back to her car so my girlfriend got pissed because I was giving her a break and she wouldn't take it so my girl picked up my gun and put it in plain view and said "you want to go back to your car now?" hahahaha man it was funny, she ran back to her car so fast and apologized. I mean no harm to people who are no harm to me. I have my permit to carry and have never needed to pull a gun on anyone. Hope to keep it that way.

In your case, if it was a guy, I would've pulled my gun the moment he stepped out his car. People can be so stupid and reckless.

Most of the time I give them plenty of room and try to stay away from the idiots. You know give em enough rope to hang themselves.
But on a few occasions I just couldn't help myself. I have been driving the mountain roads up here for over 35 years and know every corner and exactly how fast I can take them. We have what I call freeway flyers that have no clue how to drive on twisting turning mountain roads they ride the brakes on every corner and speed on every straightaway never using any turnouts.

I was on my way down the mountain one day and came up on a car that was slowing to 15mph on every corner the speed limit was 55mph.This A Hole would speed up to 70 at every passing lane and slam the brakes at every corner and of course he would not use any of the turnouts.
This is when the awesome power of the FX came in handy I flew past him at one of the passing lanes and then slowed to the speed limit 55. This A Hole then got right on my bumper and continued tailgating me with his brights on(this was at night).
So I went just fast enough where he could just keep up in the corners ;)
I knew we were coming up on a sharp corner so I accelerated and flew through the corner. I watched in my rear view as he sped up to stay on my ass and I watched him slam into the mountainside behind me.:vader:

ha, I had something similar happen to me years ago but with a different car and the other car was a vette, admitedly I was screwing with him though, was funny as he road my bumper up to over 100 right up to a really sharp curve on the BQE where I was able to last second go far right and use 3 lanes to make the turn, he on the other hand seen me go to the right and decided he was going to actually pass me right there, that was before he seen the curve I guess... only thing I remember was seeing in my rear view corvette tailights, then headlights, then tailights again as he wrecked .... man that was an adrenaline moment :)

Coincidentally, I had a Civic SI acting bad ass a couple weeks ago.. I too, was traveling the same route as him. So when we came to an double lane intersection on a highway, I let him have what my FX had to offer. This was at 2AM...no cars on the road (in case you start calling me careless). However, the difference between your story and mine is that he started following me. I even hit four ramp loops going in circles (just to make sure he was following me and not just going the same way). I keep a pellet rifle in my car - just for the heck of it. At this point, I had my buddy take it out and go up the moonroof with it. That guy shit his balls...pulled the e-brake and started to reverse. Moral of the story...something legal, yet scary looking will keep those guys away. Ya you can't protect with an airsoft/pellet gun, but those things work more psychologically than physically.

sounds like a good idea to have a pellet but what if this maniac had a gun? i rather take out a gun lol

...so now all that mischief stories are out.

Sharing mine:

I was on a red light when a charger stopped next to me. The driver started revving his engine and gave me a wink. I revved mine and then off we go. He did not know that I slowed down a few minutes ago respecting a cruiser that came from right behind me. When we were about to reach the next intersection, I dropped speed and sure enough, he was gone. Only later on I saw him being stopped by the same cruiser I saw earlier. I lowered my window and gave him a wave of my hand.

I don’t understand, what can you do with a picture? why do people get off their car to just take a picture? if that happens to me, i will get of my car too and take a picture of them, maybe a video. LOL
BTW, i was told by a lawyer that if somebody get off their car on the road, you can actually hit them with your car if is necessary. Because getting off a car basically means the same as pointing a gun to you, is life threaten

Btw, is the law that you can’t have gun in your car, even if you wanna keep a knife for self-defense, it can’t be longer than you palm size.

Need some legal advice...Crazy Civic Si driver part 2

If anyone remember, many months ago there was this crazy Civic Si driver thought I was following him and shot a picture of my car. Today, I received a letter from some law firm saying that I was at fault for an accident (there was no accident at all) and I need to call my insurance company to pay them 4000ish dollars.

This is insane, so some one can snap a shot for some random car on the road and later crash their car then blame on this random car? What should I do with this?

One thing I remember was there was this police officer there when he took the shot and at that time and talked to both of us. Should I get him as the witness that nothing happened at the time he took the shot?
Thanks for any advice.

If he took a pic with his cell phone camera hopefully the picture is geo tagged, so if the other pic(s) show a damaged car, assuming he has any and that's why the potential 4K suit I'd have them cross referenced for comparison for date and geo position. But that something I'd have my lawyer deal with so there is no tempering involved.
Definitely attempt to get the officer to witness and try to get a hold of him ASAP, notify your insurance of a potential insurance fraud scam so they are aware. Plus is he claiming that you hit his car in anyway? Or that he drove into something? Because if your car is damage free and there was no report made at a claimed time of the accident I don't think he has a strong case.

Jimmy contact your insurance company and definitel look for that police officer as the witness.

...? How can you report someone for fault of an accident.. when you, yourself, have no damage?
Lol, some people in this world amaze me. Geez.

i call that bs. If something did happen, it doesn't take a full month to report something. Ask your insurance company how long they have to report accidents.take this post to the insurance company for proof of what day it happened.
