KIDO COILOVER STRUT BROKEN-Chedman please advise

In Texas, we have these plates. FX does not have one. The Tahoe does.

This Thread is about the My KIDO REAR DAMPER breaking in to 2 pieces, And all you guys want to do write on this thread Questioning why i called My FX a Truck, Yes correct Crossover, Certainly Not a CAR Very Mature. If this happened to you while driving, And I start making stupid comments towards you. I'm sure you would feel as pissed as I am right now
 
Not at all Logan, If matrixx860 wants to make jokes about me Having other problems apart from my KIDO damper breaking, Then That show's His immaturity. Im waiting on TURBOCAD TO post pics and give his expert opinion on this matter. For all you who bought the Kido Coilovers, If this happens to you then i'm sure you will be pissed off at this product, And would not be welcoming off any unwanted unhelpful comments on this Thread.

What exactly broke? You said strut, but now you're saying damper. At first I was picturing something breaking in half, now I'm picturing internal issues. The damper broke on my bike, but it still works, just doesn't dampen anything, thus I go flying over the bars and down the hill when I bottom out.
 
I'm confused here, why is chedman involved in this? Does he work for Kido? I hope everything works out and gets fixed desilva.

No fast turns, driving normally But even if i was driving super fast the Damper should not break,
My mistake Not the Strut But the Rear Damper broke off completely from the bottom housing. From what TURBOCAD said to me it looks like poor/Cheap Manufacturing process. The bottom of the Damper is pressed into the house with Glue. It should have been welded together from the Factory.

Cheadman organized the Group buy for the Kido's, That was my first point off contact.

I'm going to get this resolved, but I need photos before I can do anything.

I have a contact at KIDO, I do not work for them.

Just helping fellow ISers out.

No more comments not related to the broken part. Let's keep this place positive.
 
That's a shame. After all that work to make your fx sit as low as possible, and now this. Hope it gets resolved quickly
 
Uh oh... I hope this is an isolated incident. I would also be extremely pisssed if I was on your shoes and I would also be cranky too given the situation. Keep us posted and post some pics when you can
