This one is for Alan..... This is a video of his stroked VQ35 as we are building it. It is a VQ35 block with Darton 100mm sleeves. We are using a one-of-a-kind 87.4mm Cosworth crank and custom Cosworth rods with custom 100mm CP Pistons. We sent the block to Cosworth and they machined the crank to fit our block and their coated race bearings. Afterwards, the crank was hardened. The result is a PERFECT fit! The rotating assembly spins "LIKE BUTTA BABY"!........ Also, we machined the Darton sleeve to fit the CP Pistons PERFECTLY! The result is a one-off 4.1L Cosworth race engine. We are also running complete Cosworth ported heads with their cams, springs, and 1mm oversized valves... Enjoy! — at

Take a good look at how smooth the counter weights are on the Cosworth crank. This is a one-of-a-kind crank. No one else in the world has one!

The rotating assembly is perfect! I added a video of the crank rotating in the block. It was machined to fit the block and bearings PERFECTLY when the main girdle was torqued.
