This is the process of making aluminum velocity stacks.... We start by cutting the aluminum stock in 3" sections on the band saw

this is the 3" x 3" section of solid aluminum

We do this 6 times (actually 8 just in case we make a mistake or if we do it right we will have a couple extras)

We then design the shape on a computer plus create the process of cutting the part. This simple piece required the use of 6 different cutting tools

once all 6 are milled out we go on to the next step

We load them back into the CNC

Then we cut the back side and check fitment. If everything is accurate we cut to desired length
