Handy_Andy's Mini Meets

Oh nice! I should've went to the install meet, but I had family stuff going on. :embarrassed:

Chris, you notice a difference with those two bars installed? It should be very noticeable!

I have to get pics of the Dash but what a day got a speeding ticket lost $40 must have dropped it at Firestone. Overall, I would say I'm happy because everything turn out great. To re- illiterate what Andy said

1. Installed WeatherTech License Plates
2. Installed GTSpec mid chassis and rear lateral braces
3. Installed Simota Oil Catch Can.
4. Change in-cabin air filter.

Enjoyed today apart from getting ticket Etc. Looking forward to the future mods I have on my list. Thanks Again Andy.

Finally got a new front plate! I did the same thing, weatertech license plates to prevent it from getting all crazy looking again.

 No, his was dirty. As matter of fact, it was raining yesterday morning on his way here. Silver hides dirt well for sure.

What I had on still the "Handy_Andy" DIY window tint. Window tinting just not my cup of tear. Still need to go to Tony at Tint Unlimited!

Where is this tint place? Why don't you do the tint again yourself? It is easy for you to remove the window. That is a much better job doing it like that.

http://www.chicago-window-tinting.com/. Jonas had his done there a few weeks ago thru Ian's referral. I tried 4 different times. Each time it getting better, but just not the result I have seen on others professionally done. This last attempt, I did remove the glass off the door, but it turns out hazy. I even when way out of getting distill water to mix with baby shampoo and 3M film too. Still not happy with the result.

The chrome window trim are oem parts that came on the 06+ FX45. It's not cheap either, but worth the look and durability. Total cost for the parts and install will be around $1000+ if you can stomach the costs. I got lucky and got the trim on eBay and bought the rear quarter glass new online.

Around the windows, the chrome trim...

The car looks awesome. Where did you get the chrome trim for the windows and underside? Thanks!

Underside? You mean the chrome trims at the bottom of the doors? They are 06+ FX35/45 door trims. They can be order from any Infiniti part places. The door pieces are not expensive, but to complete the transformation, you also need to 06+ rocker panel which a bit pricey. Around $780 to complete this mod.

You will be able to watch exactly what he does from when you park the car to when you drive off....pretty cool how he does it. By the way, he doesn't use 3M, but uses a lifetime film; you'll find out about all those details if you ask him when you are getting it done. He likes to chat :)

Man -- those first pictures when it's nice and sunny out -- and Handy Andy wearing cut-offs. We have to wear jackets now and all it does is rain.

So depressing.

No meet... just Handy_Andy all by himself on this install. Look what I got from the FedEx man this evening.

 Thanks Lance for the sweet deal on the sub & box and care in packing the good. Undecided on an Amp, but leaning toward a Rockford Fosgate P300-1 Amp.
