H&R springs

Nah man .. that aint bad @ all, it just means you own an FX ... .. it's been a year and change since I got mines and I still do the same.

Ok, cool. I don't feel so bad anymore. lol. Too me it just looks completely different. Especially when they took it out to test drive it after they installed the springs and I saw them pull in. I was so excited. lol

Are you close to Florence NJ?

Florence, NJ is actually a little south of me, about 45 mins or so. I think it's close to Camden, Philly area.

Oh, ok. Somewhat close to Mt. Laurel also. We have another facility out there in Florence. I was out there for 3 months a couple of years ago. I was staying in Mt. Laurel. I don't know how you guys put up with the cold and that darn snow. lol.

They guys from NJ told me that Camden was like Californias compton. lol

I used to do alot of work with Mattel/Tyco in Mt. Laurel. Cold there

You get used to it after a while, unlike you spoiled Southern Californians ... LOL .. you guys get rain 3 days in a year .. just playin fellas

Camden from what I have read is worst than Compton, it has the highest murder/crime rate in the states.

Ok guys, so I hit the 500 mile mark after lowering my FX. Should I get my allignment now or should I wait till I hit 1,000 miles?

Also I really had a good time at the track and plan on going in the future. So my brother has an Altima Coupe and he had 18" wheels on it. He is going to upgrade to 20's. He is selling his 18's so I'm planning on getting them from him and just buy tires for them. What size tire would you guys recommend. I want meaty tires.

This is the wheel:

They are black, but think I'm going to paint them like a charcoal color.

Let me know.

Thanks guys.

Can you give us the numbers on the drop so far. You should wait till it's close to bottom

Well with 9in. you can go as wide as 295's but that would also depend on the offset.

Carlos, if 265/60/18 are the FX 18 wheel oem specs then in order to keep within the over oem wheel/tire diameter you would be best to go with 285/55/18. If you wanted to go with 285's that is.

Yes, 265/60/18 is what the oem wheels call for. Ok then, 285/55/18 is my best bet?

Yup. Look at tire rack and see what tires are available in that spec. But double check the offset first.

ok, cool. How can I find out the offset? Does it say it on the wheel somewhere?
