Correct. These are not sway bars these are under body braces. Simply put, braces that increase the rigidity of the chassis in an attempt to reduce as much flex as possible.

Not yet. I don't have jack stands or a floor jack. I need to either lose some weight so I can fit under the FX or go shopping for ramps. LoL.

Anyone installing these themselves.

Mark the position of the cam washers (sharpie)before loosening the nuts. This will retain your alignment specs.

for those of us who are mechanically inclined, but maybe not so much automobile inclined, can you maybe point out in the picture which washers you are talking about?
