it's nice to have a list of who's a potential buyer. once I get the final word from GT spec I'll set up the group buy..... but the more people the merrier.

I'm wondering, how many of you would love for these bars to come in a bright orange color? From the pictures on the org of these bars they are in orange. I sure hope they have a color choice because I don't want to spend extra to have them powder coated to a more common color, blue, black or even a yellow........but orange???:squigglemouth: It matches the brick interior of some.

Please da mayor tell them no orange!!!

The ones in Taiwan are orange, the us spec ones made for GT Spec come in an emerald blue/green finish. I think it's a paint not a powdercoat.

The Stillen STB is billet aluminum. All of the GT spec bars I've seen when cut to show the internals are aluminum with internal bracing in the direction where that bar would flex or twist. Keeps it light as well as strong.
 
Austin was cool, got back last night. What a trip. Killed a 4 legged creature on the way back. Intercooler to the face, cracked paint FTL. Bumper held up though, strong like bull. :biggrin:

I'd like to you what are your thoughts on the 4-point subframe brace? I don't autocross, just spirited driving. I'm definitely going with the 2 rear tie bars, but just don't know how much the 4-point brace will help. What are your thoughts on this, and in what ways will the 4-point brace help? Thanks.
