Grocery Getter :: 2006 Infiniti fx35 awd

got the FX-R lenses installed, heatwave temps helped when opening the headlights only. sweated so much, I prob lost 5lbs. :disapointed:

opened headlight and oem projector:

swapped to FX-R lens, no adjustments to the inner shields and no spacers on bulbs or projectors:

Boo just local meets! How hard was it to take off the bumper?

Not too bad, a few bolts on either side and the a couple on top and you can just hang the bumper off enough to pull the headlights. Learned that one from Handy Andy.
 
done a quick last minute shoot with aiya again, pics while I waited for him at 1am. not as sharp since I had only my zoom lens and wasn't pre-set for the dark. :disapointed:

haha, no secret. I had to drive up to the roof level since it was too bright with the ceiling lights in the parking garage.

Was out doing some night driving and noticed the " -----z__---z____ " pattern. Dug up an allen key and made some adjustment. Is this setup the proper levels for both headlights? to be in " ----~~----- " ? or just personal preference?

Wow man those look real good. I cant wait to do this mod also. :good: Very good tip on how to get the bumper off to get to the headlights. I was thinking to pull the whole thing off.
