Only downsides for me are:

• I still can't get my reverse camera to work. Other have though
• the mic sucks rendering conversations via bluetooth useless unless you're just listening.

are you trying to get your OEM reverse cam to work or aftermarket?

For anyone trying to get their oem reverse camera working with these radios I found this website that shows you how to.

Scroll to the bottom and you'll see it. Basically you find the correct connector on the car and then tap into the correct wires with a male rca to bare speaker wire

I used this Amazon.ca

They use a pin connector to connect to the car I used posi-tap connectors to tap into the wires instead. They will be negative from your rca cable to the black wire on the car, and positive from your rca cable to the blue wire on the car. My stock camera works now, although the quality is still the same on a bigger screen lol. I will get a new camera in the summer but for now it works.

Also can somebody share exactly how they fixed the static noise issue, I haven't been able to fix that and its driving me crazy already.

Unfortunately I didn't take a picture, but the connector is easy enough to find and once you match the color of wires in the correct location you'll know for sure it is that connector.

For the static/hiss noise I'm hearing I tried grounding the rca's like someone mentioned earlier but that did not work for me. So now I am wondering if there is a issue between the radio and the factory bose amplifier signals, I was planning on running a PAC ROEM between them to process the signal. Can somebody chime in if they had the same issue and if so what was the fix?

Update the Pac roem nis2 fixed my static/hiss problem.

FYI all the screens are made by one company in China called Carbar. They are that developed now that their arent many issues and the canbus frame pack is easy to find on Alibaba.

Hi guys I purchased this unit last month for $650 I just started installing 2 days ago I have no idea what to do the audio does not work. I have no control over the AC box and the company sent me a video where I have to pull out a 36 pin connector from under my dash. I took out the glove box and cannot find that 36 pin connection any where so I'm in AZ 100 degree weather and have had no audio or AC for days.

Hello, i know this thread is old but i cannot find a solution to my problem. i just purchased one of these stereos and it has android 15 OS. i cannot get the sound to work. everything else is working. i have a 2003 fx35 with factory backup camera and factory navigation. i saw videos of people just simply changing the "AMP" in settings, but that doesnt work for me. first of all there is no AMP in my settings. the only option is the pull down menu from the top and a button that says aplifier. but having it on or off does nothing. any help would be appreciated

i just purchased a tesla style stereo for my 03 fx35 with factory nav and camera. i have ZERO sound. i connected everything correctly even the glove box pin. everything else works. can someone please help
