Yesterday made 3yrs that I own my M and thats how long it has taken me to get her looking as she looks today. Hardest part is keeping her clean all the time. It's the best I can do without going in to the VIP styling world. I drive her as she sits in the pics, some say she's too low but I wish I could lower the front a bit more (not possible). I even drive at this stance with my wife & 2 girls all the time (she gets even lower).

This has also been the 3rd year I have hosted the Liberty State Park M BBQ/meet which I enjoyed very much to do for such a small group but because I'm not the same (health wise) I have decided to pass the hosting of this event to Robert from Queens NY. It's not an easy job but I'm sure Robert will do his best. As of now we hold a record of 14 M's gathered in one showing in the U.S.


I hope ISMQ70 keeps growing and thank them for allowing me to be a part of it. I'm very happy I was able to make my garage at ISMQ70 my home in which I hope will help future M owners.

Now winter is almost here and I get to do less :-(

Even with this cold weather (27 degrees) I was able to install a set of 6pcs vent shades and I was able to design a set of stripes that I wanted to do for a long time. I needed some how to break up all the Diamond Graphite color:

If you see some streaks it's just water & soap that was used to install the vinyl stripes, sorry for the phone pic.

I'm also working on a few other thing but the weather has everything on hold for now.

Today I took my M to the body shop that did my custom fenders (Metro Body & Fender in NJ)

Getting the roof, roof spoiler & fin ant painted high gloss black.

Should have it back by Saturday

The black paint should harmonize well with sunroof. I'm anxious to see how it turns out.

Well it didn't go as planned.

Car needs to return to body shop once all this snow clears up.

I'm keeping the stock wheels on until everything is done with painting :-(
