So I've been getting lots of questions on my Black Hart brakes, here's a pic I took today:

The lettering on the caliper is about 3yrs old and still looking good. :good:

You can set the D2's to ride better than stock. Everything of the D2's is a pro compared to stock.

The biggest problems are the roads, here in Jersey is like driving on the moon.

The problem that most don't understand is that the lower you go the stiffer you need to make the strut.

The lowest part of the Y50 is the front sway bar and the lower cats. The Y50 can't be slammed as the side rails are much higher than the sway bar.

I drive at the stance as the pics above with my wife & 2 girls (which gets even lower), car has D2's with custom spring rates and can be driven on highways well above 100mph. If I'm alone in the car I can do around 150mph with the same stance. Roads here are so bad I'm going to raise the M 1/2" all around in the next few days.

Nice to know. I have the BC and I'm installing them tomorrow. I plan on measuring the stock height from the ground to the bottom of the wheel well. Measure the stock springs F/R and figure where I'd like to be from there. Measure the BC's, and make adjustment to get close to where I think i'd like to be. I'd like to be about an 1'-1.5" above the wheels and slightly higher in the rear. I'm running 12k spring rates up front and 10k in ther rear. looking forward to small steps. I get uprev'd in two weeks. So I better hurry up and order my exhaust lol...

With out going too crazy most try to get the top of the tire even with the fender lip, a little higher in the back will give a small rake which most like.

This all depends on your roads and how many people you'll have in the car most of the time.

your coil's will take about 1,500 mls or 30 days to settle, adjust one more time and than get an alignment.

Don't for get to post pics, good luck tomorrow.

Well I got it done today. Pretty straight forward and simple. Also added spoiler. Now that was more painful then the coilovers.
