FX50 Aftermarket Fitment of 22x10.5 - offset concerns

Spring set arrives today, should get 'em installed by the weekend assuming I get this vibration sorted.

OK, so I just got word back from the dealer on my whole wheel/tire setup - I wanted a second opinion on what my trusted mechanic had told me. As it turns out, he was ABSOLUTELY right about these d*mn cheap @ss tires from China and the vibrations I've been feeling. They are out of true and made of an inferior rubber compound, creating a severe cupping pattern on the tread. Thus, this is causing what feels like a balancing issue, wheel bearing issue or even a strut/shock issue. So, I'm going to live with them for the time being (it's not overly severe - but noticeable), and start looking for a very high quality tire for the near future. Good to know that none of this is related to actual mechanical issues. Note to anyone out there looking for new tires, stay the hell away from these POS Delinte tires - they are awful.

I'm thinking about picking up the yokohama parada spec-x series tires in the 285/35r22 variety - hoping these will not be problematic based on the reviews I've read.

oh god. cheap asia tires... thats the best part of sema. going to the asia tire booths and seeing how they scam you lol. go for the yokos! if i had money i would go for those!

My .02. I'm currently running 22x10.5 Niche Surge at a +27mm offset and 285/35/22 Nitto NT555's. Zero complaints about ride quality. I just lowered mine on coil overs. I need to adjust something to get the ride back to how it was. I've been in the wheel/tire industry for 15 years. Yok's tend to make a little road noise but so do most everything else in that size.

Good to know...these POS tires I'm running are now severely cupped and need to be replaced. I'll check out those Nitto's.
