hi guys, sorry for the delay.
A lot of things came up for me and they're just excuses so I'm not going to give you guys any BS. Again I apologize for the delay, many things just aren't right right now.
The knobs came in, and I finally got a chance last night to clean them and prep them for photos. After I cleaned the smudges off them, I start to see some spots that sort of look like overspray of some sort. I was able to call the shop owner this morning, and he said that's the best they can do:mad.:
Now I'm not going to deal with this shop anymore, and neither am I going to pay him for this spotty black chrome job. There's no other way to get around this now, I will contact my old shop to see if there are any way to get rid of the spots.
What's gonna happen is, if you guys want, I'm going to get rid of these knobs dirt cheap, some are super spotty that I'm just going to throw away. The small blemished ones I will just sell at my cost or something.
Here's a pic.
You can see that the sides of the knobs are alittle bit spotty. The black chrome color came out nicely (darker and shinier in real life than in photo).
Sigh.
