Way cool, Brad! I bet just the sound of the turbo whirl gets you all giddy like a little boy. I would be!
Pictures are not working.
yea i was just about to post that also
Brad, we need some pics of your FX!! :wink (2):
I like your build a lot. Very very clean.
Is that water tank painted or an aftermarket one. It looks great.
Do you plan to powdercoating your plenum? That's the only thing to me that needs some different color to match the whole setup, IMO. Probably red to match the engine bay. :wink (2):

I think you are right - that's the way I'm leaning. I drive 65 miles a day round trip so I'm already over 300 this morning. I should drive less so I can have the car for longer before I have to give her back!!!I would make the plenum to be matching with the intake tube, IMO. I like consistence in color and I am a fan of metalic color. But no doubt, your build is clean, beautiful and practical.![]()
Is your 500 mile break-in period a minimum or a specific distance?
Hey Brad,
I think powdercoating the plenum and the intake tube in the same color will be sweet. You will have show more pics. :wink (2):
Just one question out of curiosity, won't the plenum spacer affect your tuning? Is it beneficial to have plenum spacer for the FI build like you retaining the original plenum or it won't matter, since your tuner will take care of it when tuning with Haltech?
