What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

I have the 5-map selector switch. Honestly, I have not switch maps at all. Really just to show off to someone have no clue about this stuff. That's about it. Buying the cord and toggle switch won't get you access to the database. You would still need software installed to download maps to the chip. I have maps for the 35 when you're ready.

ahh i see. i might just stick with my toggle switch. not sure what maps i would put in there anways... anyone know how to hook up the toggle switch?it came with pins and not a connector
 
350Z maps: 87 Octane with CAI & exhaust, 91 Octane with CAI & exhaust, and 93 Octane with CAI & exhaust. Show me a picture of what you have.
 
Center console was getting a little worn with nicks and scuffs so I wrapped it in 3M 1080 Brushed Titanium which matches the upper console I wrapped a few weeks back. Also, the chrome shift trim was getting scratched up so I picked up a suede shift boot and MOMO shift knob. It'll go into the car tomorrow.

started up the fx after headers and hfc. sounds weird during cold. couple issues ill look into tomrrrow. i head clunking noises ( like pipes hitting something) over bumps. Also i hear some rattling sound like its from the heat shield on the hfc ( could be a washer that went missing between the cat and heat shield....). Also the driver side y pipe is lower then the passenger side. which ill have to see why..

I remember the 1st time I installed a set of headers in my driveway. As soon as I got the headers bolted up, I took the car for a run, wow was that cool, I still had not hooked up the rest of the system, I drove with wide open headers and that V8 sounded so wicked.

thanks. yea i got a few things to look into. i kinda rushed the job since weather wasn't on my side / time but its all good. Tomororw ill crawl under and inspect further. I think ill like the setup once its all sorted out and have a true test. Sucks that one of my oem cats have a messed up o2 sensor thread blah!
