What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

After about a week without a wash and my ride being filthy due to the Hurricane ......... I just got my ride washed and cleaned YAAAAAAY !!

Thanks. It's funny, but this whole project started with just wanting blacked out headlights. I got some for cheap from a member because they had some blemishes. So I decided to open them up and repaint and then it sort of snowballed.

Yes, the back part of the shrouds will be painted black, probably satin to cover up all the filler that is going to be needed. The fronts will be left chrome for contrast.

Good effort man, goin' trailblazer style. You know if you nail this you will be receiving PM requests for a lonngggg time.....

Installed Megan resonated test pipes that I picked up. Had a cat going bad. Sounds meaner-little louder but I like it

washed and waxed the fx for the winter. half assed for winter but w/e it was cold.

Prepped OE winter wheels to paint them black.

Cleaned interior and rinse less outside. Awesome. Put in weathertech floor mats in preparation for winter.

Why? Cut New holes etc? Aren't they close enough to reach? I have a 03 not sure what year you have.

(oh left as in drivers side) the hazard light hole was my only problem area when I wrapped my interior pieces. That circle was difficult

Mine is different. That makes sense. The 03 hazard button isn't in line with he seat buttons. It's on the slope of the enter piece going up towards radio. The seat Warmer's are lower

Andrew(AeroBFA) and Handy Andy did this for his car, can't remember if they did a how to or not, but you could ask them if you're having issues.
