What did you do to your FX / QX70 today?

Wasn't this throwing your CEL on a few months ago? I thought we narrowed it down to the TBS.

Yea, it was throwing my CEL but I don't think we really narrowed it down to anything in particular beside the fact that the air/fuel ratio was off due to a combination of the components. I went into it today thinking I was only going to take off the TBS but figured as long as the intake tube was off I might as well put the stock one back on and see how it runs.

How much was that vanity plate? I know regular ones are like $60 but yours is nice with the different background. How much was that if you don't mind me asking?

It's no problem man ... Aiya is right that's how much I paid.... U should get the picture ones ...I really dislike the yellow plates.

FINALLY got around to giving my FX a full exterior detail. I was starting to feel guilty since Elaine has waxed hers at least twice and I hadn't touched mine since I purchased it in November. The process was: strip old wax with a Palmolive soap wash, clay bar, wash with regular car wash, and then two coats of wax. I still want to hit the black pieces with the Back-to-Black and it will be done. The TUF Shine is STILL rocking. It's been on for at least a month now. Rain, pollen, dusty roads...it just keeps on keepin on. It looks better than the day I took delivery!

davidcarson :smile (2): wow I didn't know I'd be able to influence you that way ......... wink wink ?? Yesterday was a great day to have had detailed your ride and WOW I must admit it looks great !!! Silver is a great color for hiding the dirt but then again it doesn't always " pop " out once shiney clean like Black does but in your case ............ WOW :smile (2):

And ohhh not for nothing but I like your " wet " tires !! Much , much better than brown ones huh ???

DavidCarson: Looks really nice after the detail, looks like I'll be adding the Tuf-shine into my cart along with the leatherique.
Are those bike trays on the roof ? If so what kind are they ? I have a Thule Echelon 518 but I guess I need an adapter kit since they don't work on the factory crossbars.
I was looking at the Yakima forklift but I don't like the looks of the black .. lol

I know that without pics it didn't happen....... BUT pics SOON!

put the 22's on.... installed the Invidia.... AND blacked out the grill.....
