I dont have any extension piece :squigglemouth: thats just how it was when i installed it. the JWT filter connects to the stock MAF housing which is connected to my LMS ztube...Where can I find an extension piece like yours? I have a similar set-up and the Pop charger comes up way short.

the AFE looks cool, but ive never heard of the brand before. which one did you end up ordering?
HP will probably be a couple HP...probably not noticable but you will "hear" the difference lol....our stock system isnt that bad.
I have the same tube as fxlr8, does the stillen powerduct just bolt on to it? Jbaker has a different set-up, he still has the "accordion" piece attached. Will either set up work?
No, it will not easily bolt up, I ended up using the filter that came with the lms tube plus a small attachment.
How did it go with the install, do u recommend the product? Likes or dislikes? any pics?Ended up ordering the AFE. Can't wait to get it.
I am thinking of doing a few simple modifications to my car. If I do not care about additional noise (actually wish the FX was quieter), would the Stillen air box plus Z-tube be a waste of money? I

The stillen with the powerduct is one of the best intakes as far as I am concerned... Fujita just throws the filter where all the hot engine air is, utr is just a z-tube (I think). JWT is a semi shielded filter like the AFE Magna force.
I would stick with either the AFE magna force since it is a one piece with a integrated maf flange (plus heat shield) or get the original stillen with the attached powerduct which uses a cone filter and a velocity stack.
Here is my Stillen with an LMS tube
