2nd Generation FX Stainless Steel Brake lines 2009+ FX35/FX37/FX50/FX50s Q70 Akebono Calipers

So I ordered the Goodridge 22036 stainless steel brake line kit a couple weeks back and dropped the car off at the dealership for installation. The rear lines fit like a glove, but the technician said the front lines weren't going to fit as-is. He brought me back to the shop and showed me where the fittings on the new brake lines wouldn't fit behind the calipers.

Anyone ran these brake lines before? I'm not a brake line expert (far from it), but do these look like the correct lines/fittings? The rear lines are already installed, and this is what is left with the kit.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

I have this exact kit on my 09 fx50, the tech is an idiot. The hard line that comes off the caliper screws into the side of the brass block. Did he remove the hard line and attempt to bolt the stainless line directly to the caliper? I installed this kit with zero modifications.

The part circled is the hard line from the caliper that bolts into the side of the brass block. The hard line stays on the caliper.

Makes total sense now that you point it out. I wish I had put 2 and 2 together while I was at the dealership.

Thanks for the knowledge, good sir.

Dropped the car off at the dealership to have the front brake lines installed and provided them with a picture of the installed lines (along with some carefully edited instructions). It seems like they're still having some trouble with them.

I have a 2013 FX37 with Akebonos installed. For the rear, I ordered StopTech 950.42500. The line length worked fine, but I had to modify the length of the banjo bolts. They were too long.
For the front, I ordered StopTech 950.42000, again, I had to modify the length of the banjo bolts.

can you explain how did you modify the front? I also purchased the StopTech 950.42000 for 2010 FX35 upgraded Akebonos.
