Nice job on protecting the speaker wires. One comment on the Dynamat though, why not go all the way and lay it on the outer door skin? That what I plan to lay mine, eventually

Good idea, but Dynamat is kinda pricey... spent around $200 already on Dynamat alone. Usually professional installers put Dynamat inside,outside(what I did) and on a door outer shell(inside, what you recommended)
I sprayed couple plastic outer shells(door and trunk lid) with Boom-Mat($11 for 18 Oz). The overall result came out great, I don't hear road noise anymore, except for my leaking exhaust(will replace soon, hopefully).
The sound is amazing loud and clear, so far it's my best installation ever. Need to figure out a good location for the new amp.
The next step is the roof liner(black suede and Boom Mat/Dynamat), I already asked you couple questions about that.

ebay "Fatmat", that's what I use and I find the quality up to par with dynamat.

Ha, like how you even did the bezel of the screen in silver carbon fiber.

Your center speaker is unplugged right and is not used with the new amp? That means you should add a 3rd motorized screen to pop up.... just saying=)

Actually the carbon color is Dark Pewter(CA-421):smile (2):, I'm taking all my installation pictures with crappy iPhone camera(which is always on me).
The center speaker is unplugged and thrown away(the crappiest quality I've ever seen, couldn't believe that it was made in Italy by Bose).
I'm planning to separate the Pioneer touchscreen and DVD mechanism(want to use the factory cd slot), so will see...

About that heater, I had plan to install it yesterday after work, but I got a busted hot water heater at my parents to take of. The heater will be installed today!

Good deal, mine is sitting in my center console. I never adjust mine as I have it to the highest setting I am comfortable with not blowing the OEM bose subwoofers.
